Last night Kanye West invited some of his best suit-owning friends to a private party at the Lower East Side cabaret club The Box for a jam session with John Legend, according to Sound of the City. Along with playing some stripped-down versions of hits including "Power", "Good Life", and "American Boy" (with Estelle), he debuted the winningly Oedipal new track "Mama's Boyfriend" (which he previewed a cappella at Facebook headquarters a few weeks back).
